The Governing Council has authorized the concession of public works for the rehabilitation and improvement of Minor Islands marina in Cartagena, for a total amount of 418 254 euros.

The grant, awarded to the Minor Islands Yacht Club, hits a surface occupancy of 15,288 square meters available for a concession period of six years.

In addition, the occupancy fee will amount to 35,410 euros per year, plus the current tax law, and the fee shall be paid when operating in the marina business and nonprofit activities develop character.
