The coordinator C's of Cartagena, Manuel Padin, appeals to "the constant work to regain normal democratic logic"
The group Citizens (C's) of Cartagena started the campaign last night in the European elections.
The coordinator of the group, Manuel Padin, denounced "the unfair distribution of public spaces for election advertising" because, "is made based on the results of the last election."
