A group of young people who are part of the European Voluntary Service (EVS), coordinated by the Youth Council, will be responsible to present this project to other kids their age.
They will through a series of meetings that will be held in May and June.
The program is funded by the European Youth in Action Programme.
Those interested in joining this volunteer can come to the first of these talks to be held on Thursday, May 8, at the Cultural Hall of CAM (Main Street).
The meeting will take place at 19 am and involved two volunteers, Kalnina Zane, Latvia, and Nicola Rioda, Italy.
Both give evidence of this project I have been working for more than 7 months.
In this talk, attendees will have both their daily lives and what this has meant Volunteer Service for their future.
Furthermore resolve doubts of those interested in participating in this project.
The other matches will be on May 22 and June 5.
EVS allows young people to develop volunteering in a country other than their country of residence. This activity, unpaid and nonprofit, are full-time during a given community benefit period.
It is a learning experience in the field of non-formal education, in which people improve or acquire skills for personal, educational and professional development as well as social integration.
