The Department of Culture and the People of the City University of Cartagena, together with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, have called the XXVIII International Poetry Prize 2014 Belmás Antonio Oliver, open, as every year, all poets who want to participate, they must present their poems in Castilian, with a maximum of 1,500 and a minimum of 700 verses, and totally free in form and content.
The original, as set out in the basis of competition must be submitted from Wednesday 23 April to 17 October at the People's University, located in the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Centre in Calle Jacinto Benavente.
The prize is worth 5,000 Euros to the best work that also will be published by Ediciones Tres Fronteras.
The jury, which will be chaired by the mayor, will be released before the end of the year.
