The School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (SPACE) held this week in their facilities Security Park, a course on image processing using video surveillance and other police data protection, with the aim of unifying criteria with Under current legislation in this area and train police and officials who daily perform these tasks.
On Tuesday, April 22, will be held on Image Processing Systems Using CCTV.
The objective of this course is to make known the catchment obligations and publication of images and especially those in the web pages and social networks municipal responsibility.
The course will be taught by an expert.
It will last 2 hours of teaching and its implementation will be mandatory for police and other personnel working with surveillance cameras.

On the other hand, from 22 to 24 April, the course of Protection Police Data will be made ​​with the aim of studying the techniques and procedures that facilitate a correct policy of data protection in police records, in compliance with current legislation and also considering specifically the treatment of files produced by video surveillance systems and other biometric data character.
The course will be taught by an expert.
It will last 12 hours of teaching and is particularly aimed at managers, police officers and personnel with access to classified data, which will be mandatory for attendance.
