Cartagena, April 10, 2014 - United Left-Greens and Socialists for Cartagena, through its maximum local representatives, Cayetano Molto Jaime and Juan Luis Martínez Madrid, have supported public protest called in today in the so-called corner Solitude, Fourth Street between Santos and the Roman Theatre, demanding restoration due to the sorry state of disuse, cleaning debris and posing.

That corner, so deeply attached to the traditions of the city, especially to Easter today starts with the procession of Christ Relief, is giving, have denounced neighbors and backed leaders IU-Greens and SPCT , an unfortunate image of the city in a special days.

Since both courses has also denounced the lack of completion of the reclamation works of the Roman Theatre, since for years the back of the same, called the gate (which was excavated and reburied pending the definitive works) is waiting to be restored and put in value, making it the Roman Theatre is another unfinished projects and equipment abandoned by the Popular Party government.

Both IU-Greens as SPCT have shown the neighbors present at the protest their willingness to support them in all initiatives undertaken in defense of this iconic Cartagena corner and all those in need of attention as for the mayor and council do not seem exist in the city's streets to those that form the axis between the Plaza of Spain, Puerta de Murcia.
