The International Top Road Urrutias of the Rutapa, kicks off this year strong in its fourth edition that will take place during this Holy Week, on April 11,12,13 and 17,18,19,20. A total of 16 establishments join this initiative in which for 2 euros you can enjoy a drink lid.
