Spring arrived yesterday in the center court of Guimbarda Wssell Municipal Hall, or at least that was the feeling when you began giving performances of more than 500 young gymnasts participating in the XXXIV School Netball Competition Sports, dressed in their brightly colored jerseys.
Smaller with 3 years and older with 17, all wore their skills in a competition in which participating gymnasts from around the commune, namely 98 teams from 19 schools in categories from Juvenile to chupeta, through prebenjamín, Benjamin, juvenile, infant and junior.
Both floor exercises, such as with hoops, ribbons, clubs or ball were highly applauded by the audience, about 2,500 people, who came to the central pavilion, where all the afternoon was a main protagonist, rhythmic gymnastics .
This competition, which was led by 18 skilled technicians in this sport modlidad is part of the program of Sports School Age, jointly organized by the municipality of Cartagena and the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sport of the Autonomous Community of the Region .
In the end, Gymnastics Clubs Cartagena Project, have been working with the Department of Sports since 1986, held an exhibition.
The next round of the competition, in this hall, will be held April 4 from 16.30 hours.
