The Contest between strings and brass, organized by the Youth Council and the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena, and has all its finalists. Yesterday, Wednesday the first phase of the String class is held, the last which selected participants to will move to the end of April 29.

Eleven young musicians will be the lucky string to take the stage for the award of this contest.

The finalists of this mode are: María José Martínez García (cello), Cristina Regojo Orchards (viola), David Rodriguez Garcia (violin), Ana Carmen Sánchez Bruno (violin), Ana Valero Lobato (cello), Paul Albarracin Abellan (violin) Alberto Arqués Iváñez (cello), Sergio Arqués Iváñez (cello), Pedro Fernandez Millan (cello), Silvia Gallego Sanchez (bass), Alvaro Garcia à Ros (viola).

Jurors were Pedro Martínez García, Eduardo Fenoll Verdú, Francisco Miguel Saez, Claudio Soriano and David Monrabal García Talavera.

During April will take place at the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena, modalities Guitar, Singing, Drums, Flamenco, and concluding Brass, Piano, Strings and Woodwinds, being free admission to all concerts .
