Feel Flamenco is the exhibition opens its doors
from Friday at the Municipal Archaeological Museum Enrique Escudero de Castro.
This is an exhibition of photographs authored Virginia Rosique transmits the important role played by women in this art and their struggle for equality. It will be until 16 June.

One objective of the exhibition is to review the role of women in the history of flamenco and the constant struggle to have faced the singers for years.
It also pays tribute to the likes of La Concha Penaranda, Mercedes The Merganser, La Trini, The Girl of the Combs or Carmen Amaya, among others.
The inauguration will take place on Friday 21 with the Councillor for Culture, Rosario Montero, at 20 pm, Museum director and author.
Later, at 22.30 hours, a recital of Málaga singer Antonia Contreras, accompanied by Chaparro of Málaga, in this Museum will be held.
LA CANTAORA
Antonia Contreras is a singer capable of approaching flamenco with a dual behavior that combines the utmost respect for tradition with externalizing personality.
He has performed at festivals throughout the Spanish geography, highlighting the involvement of Málaga and Entertainment Biznagas. Has also sung in New York, London, Colombia, Brazil and Brussels, among other cities.
