The Governing Council has approved an agreement between the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPTC) for exchanging data using electronic transmissions between the two institutions.
Specifically, the agreement will enable the electronic exchange of data in order to prevent citizens providing information and documents already in possession of these administrations.
To do this, tools will be provided electronic access, reducing management time and costs of processing.
Thus, improve the efficiency of the administrative process between government and better service will be offered to citizens.
The implementation of these technologies in the environment of government is facilitating the simplification of bureaucratic procedures and is a key to improve efficiency in service delivery instrument.
