The second day of the Festival of San José at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) hosted an innovative remote control cars racing through the movement of mobile phones.
The test, called Carduino, the Arduino microcontroller platform in which developments have been made, was open to students UPCT other public universities and high school students.
Precisely two high school students, Juan Gonzalez and Rafael Gallego, Issue 1 IES Libertas Torrevieja, were the winners with their prototype 'Cyclotron'.
It was the smallest of those who have competed but has proven effective in a circuit requiring speed and maneuverability.
The competition was played in the School of Industrial UPCT, which organized the competition and also proposes to Thursday another technical challenge: a contest of jet propulsion vehicles.
