Cartagena participated this morning as other Spanish cities, in tribute to the victims of terrorism than ten years after the worst attack in our country registered met the fateful 11th.
The sculpture was erected to Zulo to honor the victims, and within the Esplanade Quay Alfonso XII, was the place chosen to observe a minute of silence and read the manifesto of the Association of Victims of Terrorism (AVT) and today millions of people heard throughout Spain.
