City of Cartagena (MC) Movement asked at the next Full Council that a clear route of administration and unified representation for all those neighbors possessing a green card ORA affected by the remodeling of the Plaza San Francisco is provided that they have finished with parking, as many of them want to request that they return the annuity resident card as compensation for the inconvenience and for not being able to use the card despite having paid.
According to Jose Lopez, mayor of MC, "we ask that to avoid misunderstandings, the City provide public notice and a clear path to the claim that the residents affected by the loss of resident parking ORA eligible."
And is that even MC complaints from neighboring streets Jara, Palas and San Francisco, on the neglect by the Department of Finance on obviated repeated requests about the return of the annuity resident card arrived ORA for residents affected by the remodeling of the Plaza San Francisco.
However, MC and recently defended a motion which spoke of this possibility and the Security council, Mariano García, said that the neighbors could make claims they deemed appropriate.
