From the City (MC) Movement Municipal Group, we want to express publicly our complete harmony and understanding with the complaint of discrimination manifested by 18 employees of the office of the Agency for collection management of the City of Cartagena, as having been adopted in committee of Finance and Inside February 19 issued pursuant to judgments in various courts, public employees pay to the City Council of Cartagena of the portion of the bonus December 2012 for services rendered during the period from 1 June and July 14, 2012, with this statement making clear illegality committed by the Government at the time, the Department of Finance of Cartagena has been delayed without explanation or objective reason payment of such emoluments to the 18 workers of the said agency.

According to the mayor of MC Jose Lopez, "the fact that of all public employees of this council is given, the only ones with favorable response to the complaint filed in the day of judgment are this body, and are the only that they will not collect the arrears this month and possibly be the last to do it. "

For Lopez, "this situation abounds in discrimination complaints with other municipal employees who have denounced recurrently by the union representatives of this group."
