The Cartagena Lledo athlete Andrew continues to fight to reach the top of the challenge of 4Deserts, a distance of 250 kilometers in the Sahara developed from 16 to 22 February.
Yesterday our athlete ended the fourth stage of the first trial, 39.3 kilometers, with a time of 4:48, remaining at number 28 overall.
Lledo is the second best athlete in the eight Spaniards involved in this championship after the results obtained during these first four stages that began Sunday.
Surely fatigue and high temperatures are not assuming an obstacle to Cartagena, which continues to climb in the standings.
Today the challenge continues with the fifth stage, in which a total of 182 competitors participating.
Early in the morning, at 8 pm kick off one of the toughest tests of the championship was given.
The challenge is to get the stage Non Stop, 90 kilometers that will leave them in the Petra gates.
This Thursday is the last major phase of this trial which ends in the very Lost City of Petra.
