The campaign to collect used clothing and shoes, which held its Ecuador on Saturday with outdoor activities for the little ones, is organized by the City and the Abraham Project, and with the participation of 135 stores
The Solidarity Trade Character campaign Saturday Cartagena became various parts of the city into a real feast for the little ones, who had fun with inflatables and recycling workshops in King's Square, the Esplanade and the square Zenith Street Alfonso X.
The campaign, aimed at collecting used clothing and shoes, is an initiative of the Department of Trade of the City of Cartagena and Abraham Project, in collaboration with the Federation of Traders and with the participation of 135 businesses in the municipality, which has on 10 February to 21, have containers where customers can deposit those effects.
To encourage this good cause solidarity, Saturday activities where kids could enjoy free, thanks to tickets previously obtained in stores, through which they could learn interactively recycling basics were held.
This is a form of collaboration from the various institutions and associations, where it highlights the social responsibility of business and public response, when collaborating with charity projects.
Precisely this collaboration, in this case with clothing and shoes for recycling to businesses, is ongoing until Feb. 21, the day when the campaign ends.
