The Spanish Association of Interflora Florists (AEFI) Cartagena has chosen to celebrate its 63rd National Congress from 20 to 23 February, with the slogan Cartagena City Treasures.
All design work and floral ornamentation will be conducted by Eduard Maynegra Laguarda Cup Champion Spain Floral Art AEFI? 13 held in Zaragoza, and to represent Spain in the next EUROPA CUP floral art to be held in the Italian city of Genoa in 2015.
