The Agency for Local Development and Employment, in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, the Salesian College of Cartagena and Motivia Junior, will be making a pioneering program called School for Young Entrepreneurs, in order to succeed in the future work performing.
The project is aimed at young people aged 15 to 20 who are studying 4 of the ESO, or Vocational School Degree or Higher mean.
Two activities of outdoor and two talks for parents and teachers is developed in four months from this February to May 2014, with the completion of four workshops for teens.
Tomorrow, Saturday 15 February, has organized an outdoor activity that will take place in the Training Center Quarry City of Cartagena, with the participation of 25 students from Salesian College.
The purpose of this program is to encourage youth development in key skills for success in any profession of the future, applying the innovative coaching techniques to enable them to gain a better understanding of themselves, accompanying the launch of a Action Plan focused on defining and implementing their projects Employability.
It is a challenge to the entire educational community, parents and society in general to help teenagers and young people to grow holistically, leading to the development of skills and new skills to prepare them so that they can meet the challenges of the new it was.
The key, then, factor in the new labor market will be employability. Born And this new quality to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit in young people and to help them learn to value their talents and strengths from self-discipline and confidence, and know how to create their own work.
Given that one of the main problems of today's society is the scarcity of genuine entrepreneurship among youth, this initiative aims to add value to an effective response to these educational challenges.
