At noon tomorrow, Friday, February 14, is scheduled to open to traffic Avenida de America, after completion of construction of public parking in the subsoil by administrative concession to González Soto.
It is expected that around 12 hours starting to move vehicles from four lanes that have been conditioned in the center of the avenue, giving the lateral zones of wider sidewalks, up to 14 meters wide, with brighter and better perspective on modernist building of the railway station.
Work began in September 2011. With the opening of the vials culminates a long process in which they had to move the ficus central boulevard, carrying out archaeological tastings and divert services prior to earthworks.
Currently the road is open.
The underground parking for 302 vehicles will have to wait a few days, because right now the appropriate license was filed.
