The Cultural Association Barrio de la Concepción Algameca-theater group, has organized the XV Theatre Festival and I Isidoro Maiquez Monologue Competition, held from March 31 to April 6, in the auditorium of the Association of Vecinos del Barrio.
As set out in the rules, the Contest may be submitted any amateur theater group and to register you must send a dvd with the most relevant aspects of the work.
Admission for proposals will close on February 15.
There will be trophies for the best actor, actress, staging, directing, supporting actor, supporting actress, and a budget of 200 euros for participating groups.
As Monologue Contest, which celebrates its first edition, these must be unpublished and original and with a duration of 4 to 7 minutes.
The winner will get a trophy and a prize of 250 euros.
The deadline also ends on February 15.
