The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) was created which aims, become within three years in a landmark event technology disclosure Spain, with a focus on the promotion of scientific and technical vocations among schoolchildren, and the relationship between all levels of education that influence the formation of technology professionals.

The UPCT participates in teacher training courses in collaboration with the Center for Teaching and Resource Ministry of Education, for teachers to prepare their students with scientific demonstrations.

The Campus of Engineering will have a central event during the fair format 7, 8 and 9 May, for which assistance to 5,000 young people are expected.
