The hall of the second floor of La Milagrosa, was part of a new conference today at the workshop included a walk through the history of Cartagena: their customs and traditions, organized by the Department of Social Services in its program for seniors.
On this occasion, the speakers, Anselmo Sanchez and Gregorio Rabal, spoke about the plants of the field of Cartagena, its uses and home remedies, and Tales in the tradition of the town of Cartagena.
Anselmo Sanchez and Gregorio Rabal are licensed in Ancient History and Anthropology and history and geography teacher at IES Dos Mares of San Pedro del Pinatar (of which the second is also director) and the IES Isaac Peral Cartagena.
With over 20 years collecting oral tradition and have published papers in Murcia Journal of Anthropology, have collaborated with the municipal archives of Cartagena for the launch of the Archive Project Word and have been part of the organizing team of the three centers Ethnographic Field concluded Cartagena.
