The Future Cartagena association met this morning with Pedro Pablo Hernández, President of COEC, in an act that has served to make known to the members of the new board, led by its chairman, Ignacio Borgońós, and to put the association available to the concerns of employers.
Also during the meeting were discussed those issues that are considered primary from Future Cartagena for the city, such as Gorguel, ZAL, the AVE or FERRMED and two cases of 'rabid' today as the hospital of Rosell and the Biprovincialidad.
Regarding the latter issue, Future Cartagena believes this is the place to include the possibility of restoring the Province of Cartagena in the Statute of Autonomy, so there is no wait another thirty years until it becomes time to reform the Statute .
Borgońós Hernandez has asked the possibility that "the Platform for Biprovincialidad appear before Cartagena entrepreneurs to explain the benefits to the Autonomous Region would have two provinces, and reminded him that, in the past, signed COEC Biprovincialidad favor, so that its current president has referred to that firm when asked what was the position of his institution.
On the issues of major infrastructure, Pedro Pablo Hernández said "when Gorguel is achieved, the ZAL come alone, and the FERRMED".
Finally, Pedro Pablo has described the meeting as "timely and necessary between two institutions concerned about their environment."
Likewise, he stressed that "the common ground between the two are virtually all. Collaboration between Cartagena and COEC Future has always been very good and will remain so because many things unite us."
