Comprehensive Care Network Shared is the result of this collaboration, which aims to get faster and better for people in need, making them participants in the plan to help them out of exclusion

The City, through the Department of Social Services and the Center for Data Processing, and Social Action eleven institutions of the municipality, have joined for the launch of the RAIC, Network Shared Comprehensive Care program, which today presented Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, and the mayor of Social Care, Antonio Calderon.

The mayor has focused on the crisis, the origin of this initiative, the aim, given the change in the profile of the person seeking help, is to change the methods that were being used from the various agents of social support, in order to more effectively reach the Users of these services, which are the most deprived, and the creation of this network can respond quickly to the demands of real help.

The program, which has been prepared by the City Council CPD in collaboration with experts from the Department of Social Services, in compliance with the Data Protection legislation, offers a web portal that each of the entities can access with your key and collecting two blocks, one for people who are being served and another that contains the available resources, as explained Antonio Mula, coordinator of the Department.

Thus, you can know exactly help requests there and coordinated between all actors involved, a system that has treated 2,500 users.

During the presentation of this program, Antonio Calderón highlighted the fact that this is a pioneer program in the region, in which the protagonists are the people we serve, and they are allowed to participate in the plan that has been starting to get them out of their exclusion.
