This is a non-profit local level aimed at care and family affected by the drug problem, through the Legal Advice Service, composed by a team of lawyers that handle all problems related legal drug users: information and advice, presence and support in the trials of those afflicted with legal problems in cases where, by its nature, is considered necessary or have no family to support them, stealing cases of complaints, achievements, etc. ..

THE COUNCIL OF THE YOUTH OF CARTAGENA
It is a non-profit organization of which they are part Youth Partnerships Cartagena which has among its objectives is to disseminate information on initiatives aimed at young people, and actively participates in the specific area of ​​the municipality of Cartagena, in the development of PMAD forming part of the City Commission of Addictions.
Develop activities such as revitalization and tracking actions related to drug prevention in associations and youth groups, in coordination with the Technical Office of the Municipal Plan of Action on Drug Dependence.
Perform activities programs that seek alternatives to consumer leisure type and promote healthy use of free time from the active participation of youth associations in the municipality and preferably centered weekend.

Nonprofit Association has among its objectives to promote health and prevent drug addiction in the family, channeling their performances through school centers and other social groups, actively participating in the Municipality of Cartagena in the Municipal Development Plan Action on Drug Addiction forming part of the City Commission Addictions.
