UPCT adopted general rules for teachers, which includes all the scattered rules that existed today.
In this way, it manages to have a better overview of the policy of the university faculty and facilitating inquiry by members of the university community.
Among the aspects that covers the new rules are to highlight the following:
1.
Criteria for the establishment of the faculty teaching obligations.
Along with it, the rules are set under the faculty of knowledge domains which less teaching assignment could happen to teach in other areas in need of new teachers.
These rules have been issued in order to rationalize the use of academic staff of our university and make better use of public resources.
Two.
Criteria for the generation of new teaching posts and to promote it.
Along with these, have set the criteria for prioritizing faculty promotion places.
In this regard, it is noteworthy that there are more than 40 teachers in UPCT that meet the academic requirements to be promoted, they can not be due to budgetary and legal constraints.
