Councilman Social Care, Antonio Calderon, opened last Friday Workshop Bethlehem arts major program of Municipal Social Services City of Cartagena.

Councilman greeted the students of this workshop, which began operating last October and end on 20 December.

During this period the seniors have worked on the development of Christmas themes and figures of Bethlehem, which were shown to the council, being pleasantly surprised.
