The European Business and Innovation Centre of Cartagena (CEEIC) perform free marketing plans to spin off from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT).
The aim is that technology companies were born in the educational institution can sell their products.
This initiative started with Widhoc, which has received two awards this year, explains the coordinator for Technology Transfer, John Monzo.
The trade action plan is to make a diagnosis and plan enterprise business management.
"Sometimes, the researchers who developed the product focus too much on the product and neglect sale," explains Carlos Hurtado, head of Project CEEIC.
The objective also aims to create companies that are consolidating operations and enhance their survival.

The spin off have the support of the Office of Entrepreneurship UPCT.
