Young NNGG Cartagena People's Party organized a charity campaign to collect food and toys that begins today, with the goal of helping families with fewer resources of the municipality, of the forthcoming Christmas dates.
The campaign was presented this morning by the President of the Partido Popular NNGG Cartagena, Alejandro Catasús and the Secretary General, Victor Navarro, to the media at party headquarters.
Catasús stressed that "this initiative we aim to contribute our bit to ensure that no child is left without toys," and added that "we want to work and help those who are worse going on these special days."
The campaign will run until 18 December.
Delivery of products will be based on the Popular Party headquarters at Santa Florentina, number 23, 2nd floor.
The hours will be 10 to 13 hours, and 17 to 19 hours.
So, Victor Navarro has asked to be delivered food are not perishable and own some of these dates, such as candies, christmas candy etc ... and toys that are in good condition.
After the campaign, the toys will be delivered in the city of Cartagena, in the campaign to collect toys that develops every year.
As for food, NNGG president announced that food will go to a charity for distribution to the needy.
