The three parliamentary groups of the Regional Assembly of Murcia, Popular, Socialist and Mixed, have committed this morning to unanimously approve an institutional statement of support for the company Navantia in its attempt to build four LNG tankers required by the business consortium formed Repsol and Gas Natural gas company to provide its new route between the U.S. and Japan.
The commitment of the parliamentary groups has been transferred to the members of the council of Cartagena Navantia factory in the meeting held this morning at the headquarters of the Regional Assembly.
Institutional statement shall include a request for a meeting between the presidents of the three autonomous communities with factories Navantia Andalusia, Galicia and Murcia, to give greater effect to the request that the construction of such vessels is carried out by the company Navantia as a whole, and not by Asian yards.
