The Agency for Local Development and Employment has started to prepare the launch of the next Joint Employment and Training Programs, former employment workshops that will focus on achieving three professional certificates, such as Administrative Management Activities , Operation and Data Recording and Documents, and geriatric care to dependent people in Social Institutions.
T he amount for the implementation of these projects amounts to EUR 676 105, of which 656,105 are from a grant of 20,000 euros and SEF are municipal contribution of funds ALDE own.
The programs, which will begin before the end of the year, are aimed at long-term unemployed, older than 25 years, previously selected by the Employment Office of Cartagena.
For 12 months, the student workers alternate theoretical training with practical work in workplaces.
This action will involve the recruitment of 45 student workers and 5 people who will form the team coordination and teaching for a year.
The practices will be in units of the ALDE and the City itself, in the case of the first two specialties, and in the Virgin Residencia del Mar and the Nursing Home of the Little Sisters of the Poor, for the certificate to geriatric care people dependent on social institutions.
The lectures will be held in the premises of the Youth Training Centre and Quarries.
