The CN Cartagonova-Cartagena ended with a good feeling its way through the 32nd Trofeo Enrique García Villalba, organized by the Swimming Federation of the Region of Murcia, and played on Saturday 23 November in Sewell. And it also proclaimed champion club competition, won 8 trophies in individual events and 2 relays metals.
A total of 46 swimmers traveled this sporting event whose peculiarity is none other than the fact that all tests correspond to the mode of breaststroke.
Individual winners were: Marcelino Jimenez Red 3 ° in 50 m Breaststroke Prebenjamín; Nuria Martínez 1 50 m Breaststroke Benjamin Mary Truque 1, 2 and Diana Mulero Marta Sáez 3rd in 100 m Breaststroke Alevín; Alejandro Cerezuela 1 and José Nieto 3rd in 100 m Breaststroke Child and Javier García Aroca 3rd 50 m Breaststroke Master category.
In the relays, the female team of Irene Parra, M ª del Mar Paredes, Diana Mulero, Amalia Martinez, Paula Martinez, Sofia Aguera, Marilia Fernández and Patricia Ruiz, remained in 3rd position in the 8x50 free Absolutes.
The men's relay, composed of Javier García, Raúl González, Javier Castro, Carlos Javier Aznar, Daniel Ruiz, Javier Segura, Alejandro Cerezuela and José Nieto, won silver in the same mode as the women.
For clubs, and completing the podium led by Cartagonova Swimming Club Cartagena-rose-UCAM Swimming Club Swimming Club Fuensanta and Lorca, in second and third place, respectively.
