The Cartagena athlete Andres Lledo shared with students of primary and secondary school Miralmonte the details of their next challenge, the Grand Slam 4Deserts2014 team which will cross the harshest deserts on the planet: Atacama (Chile), Gobi (China), Sahara (Egypt) and known as the desert of ice in Antarctica.
This meeting is part of the ADE Program Department of Sports City of Cartagena and has served to motivate these kids and show them the ability to overcome the human being in extreme situations.
In addition to the projections of images and videos in the auditorium of the school, students spoke with the intention of resolving doubts that woke them a special interest such as nutrition, physical and mental preparation, or risks that this adventure can lead to Cartagena athlete.
The ADE program is organized by the Department of Sports City of Cartagena and has the support of the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the Association of Graduates of Physical Education and Sports of the Region of Murcia .
