The Mayor and the Minister of Education, Universities and Employment were responsible for inaugurating the twelfth meeting of the educational community of the Region held in Room B of the Municipal Auditorium on Saturday November 16

The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, and the Minister of Education, Universities and Employment, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, were responsible for opening, with President of the School Board of the Region, Luis Navarro, the XII meeting of the School Council of the Region of Murcia held on Saturday, November 16 in Room B of the Auditorium and Congress Palace El Batel.

Also present at this educational journey councilors of Education, Joseph Marotta, Employment, Industry, New Technologies, Mobility and Sustainable Development, Joaquin Mowing, and Youth, Ruth Collins.

This twelfth meeting was presented to the school community as a platform to address the training and the quality of the education system, but also, what is relevant here, l to employability of young people, as he added Navarro.

After thanking the choice of Cartagena to host this event which brought together executives, students and parents, the mayor stressed and l work of the Agency of Local Development and Employment (ALDE) in counseling and entrepreneurship, the results show 64 new Business, twice that in 2012.

But also alluded to the Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project, a geographical place concrete to be a link between university, business, students and entrepreneurs.

For his part, Minister stressed the need to incorporate the entrepreneurial culture at an early age.

Under the heading Education, business and entrepreneurs, in this twelfth edition analyzed the entrepreneur, in a context of reflection in which he joined the current landscape and the reality of the education system, although the current economic climate has led to a change of mentality in society, entrepreneurship ranking as one of the main professional.
