Blue gained momentum in the afternoon of Thursday November 14 at the Palace Hall l occasion of World Diabetes Day. Councilman Social Care, Antonio Calderon, and the president of the Diabetic Society of Cartagena and its region ( Sodicar), Maria Dolores Garcia, were at the front of the banner that symbolized the beginning of March III Unite for Diabetes.
After the lighting of the Town Hall with the distinctive color of diabetes, sailed thirty people with this march to the Regional Assembly, in solidarity tour which aimed to sensitize the society and make visible this chronic disease.
Reading the Manifesto and balloon release put the finishing touch to this day.
