The different coordinators, department heads and department of the City of Cartagena have participated this morning in a training session in view of the forthcoming implementation of a plan to modernize the organization, which include an analysis of work stations of the municipal staff.
The day was presented by Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Modernization of the Administration, Jose Cabezas, together with the Councillor of Finance and Personnel, Fatima Suanzes, who explained the scope of this initiative we want to streamline human resources of the City and adapt to changing times.
Suanzes commented that the Adjustment Plan municipal staff remain frozen until 2022 and it is necessary to take measures to enable more flexible and effective redistribution between different areas, depending on the needs of the moment, to provide better service to citizens .
Mikel Gorriti, Head of Human Resources of the Basque Government has been responsible for exposing the different heads of the City of modernization experience and job analysis undertaken with relative success in that administration.
This explained the different techniques involved in the development of a model based on a correct analysis and definition of the jobs that have led to a simplification of the same and correct assessment, based on objective criteria and personal, distinguishing between functions, tasks, skills and abilities.
