The City of Cartagena has opened within the call for aid for making investments in the Historic aimed at the reform and opening of shop space focused on leisure or tourism.
The bases governing these grants have been published today in the Official Bulletin Board of the City Council website and in the coming days will appear in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia.
Through this call will be awarded grants of up to 40 percent of the investment, with a ceiling of 10,000 euros, opening projects or comprehensive reform in certain areas of the city center to promote economic revitalization.
The measure covers five seats and 19 streets around the Plaza de San Francisco, Laughing, Lake, San Ginés and the Hospital, and to what will be spent 200,000 euros in 2014.
The aid will be of two types: grants of taxes and fees and refundable grants.
So i NCOME will subsidize the Building and Works (ICICI), rates of licenses to open and work, and the rate of terraces up to 90% for hospitality businesses in the first year of operation, and will help to repayable equivalent to 40% of the investment up to a maximum of 10,000 euros.
These grants are aimed at those who want to start a business or modernize already existing c on a comprehensive reform or by performing civil work, always shop space.
This aid package will be in effect for the years 2014 and 2015.
It affects 5 to 19 streets and squares of the Old Town, such as the square and streets of San Francisco, Honda, San Vicente, Caballero, Four Saints, Arch of Charity, Duke, Palas, San Antonio el Pobre, Plaza de San Ginés, Ignacio Garcia Street, Balcones Blue, Laughing square, Gisbert Street, Square Hospital, Don Matías street, street and square Don Roque Lake.
To facilitate the process to stakeholders, will have an office in the Local Development Agency and Employment where to go and collect all the information, and submitting applications.
A commission composed of municipal technicians will evaluate the projects and grant subsidy especially valuing the impact they can have two foster attraction, social and leisure activities in the area.
