Until November 15 is open enrollment period of the course on Conservation of Tallante Garbancillo.

This is a free course organized by the Youth Department of the City of Cartagena, the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, with funding from the European Life + Biodiversity project.

The completion dates and times are: Wednesday 20 and November 27, 11 and 18 December and 8 January, from 16.30 h. Sunday, November 24 and Saturday November 30, 14 and December 21 of 8 , 30 to 14.30 h.

and Saturday, January 11th from 10-17 h.

The venue will be the Youth Resource Center (Paseo Alfonso XIII 53, from Radio National and Regional Assembly).

Participants get free credits.

The Tallante garbancillo is a plant species listed on the endangered species list Wildlife officer in Officer Protection Scheme is contained in the Spanish Catalogue of Endangered Species and is also in the Regional Catalogue of Protected Wild Plants.

To facilitate knowledge and conservation, Town Hall, and Autonomous UPCT have launched an outreach and awareness plan that is funded by the European Union.
