Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD) in Cartagena has spoken in favor of seeking initiatives to recover the Amphitheatre, and see an excellent opportunity to sue the City Council a proposed excavation and enhancement of Roman building, to pull it off as recovery permits and economic position the city as tourist reference.
