The ISO 9001 certificate proves that the procedures undertaken by the Agency in respect of employment and vocational guidance programs, the training or support for the consolidation of new businesses are adequate to ensure the quality of its management
The Agency for Local Development and Employment of Cartagena (ALDE) renewed on Thursday October 17, and for the sixth year running, the quality certification ISO 9001:2008.
It was in 2008 w hen the agency first received this certificate, with the first municipal activities to achieve the same.
The certificate and monitoring of ISO 9001 is a commitment by the ALDE to reach the highest level in the management and total quality in all its activities aiming to vocational guidance, employment and vocational and job placement.
It also refers to the proper management of training actions, and support the creation and consolidation of companies, in order to promote the labor market and promote the progressive development of the local economy.
This certificate certifies that the procedures followed in the ALDE are appropriate, and ensures that the Agency serves the public with the highest quality, improve and expand communication between users and employees.
The company Certification is the SGS Group, the global leader and innovator in inspection, verification, testing and certification, while the company consultant who attended the follow-up quality management system is the consultant Marketing & CO.
