The municipal company Old Town of Cartagena SA this morning before the Court of First Instance No. 1 in Cartagena, appeal against the judgment of 16 September, which was estimated demand partially municipal society against Residential Commercial New Gate to Cartagena S.

In the appeal, which shall be considered by the Hon.
Murcia Provincial Court, Section fifth at Cartagena, the municipal company Old Town of Cartagena SA insists on the validity of the ratings that were highlighted in the expert reports in the case provided by the municipal officers and other experts, which put the settlement amount to 3,526,410.59 euros.
The judgment under appeal, recognizes the right of Old Town to collect the rate of 30 per cent of the price increase in the constructive elements sold between 2007 and 2010, but their valuation figure, after deducting expenses of archeology and cost overruns in 2,054,951.10 euros.
