The bicycle rental service of Cartagena was the first in the Region of Murcia.
It was launched in 2006, with 300 free bicycles.

The total cost of this contract was € 180,000, with a five-point loan and about 75 bikes.
In these three years, the number of registered users has been 613 and 5,630 loans were made.
