The Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia (BORM) published on Friday, October 11th, the tender by open procedure of granting Quisoco-Bar of the Plaza de San Francisc o.
Through this competition Cartagena City Council awarded the adequacy and operation of Kiosk-Bar and the external environment that lends itself to the catering and drinks to the residents and visitors of the City of Cartagena.
The Quisoco-Bar is located on one side, along with larger sized ficus and is seen as a dynamic element of the square, while dealing low buildings.
The installation shall be borne by the City, assuming the dealership adequacy.
It will have an area of about 112 square meters.

The concession period is ten years.
The annual fee has been set at 12,000 euros upwards.
