The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) Murciano Research Institute and Agricultural Development and Food (IMID) the Centre for Soil and Applied Biology Segura (CEBAS-CSIC) on Friday have signed a collaboration agreement for the development of the Program PhD in Advanced Techniques in Research and Agricultural Development and Food (TAIDA).
About a hundred researchers currently performed in TAIDA Doctoral Program, which stands out as the highest scientific production Politécnica de Cartagena, with readings fifteen theses each year.
At the signing ceremony was attended by the director of CEBAS-CSIC, Juan Jose Alarcon IMIDA director, Adrian Martinez, the Vice Chancellor for Research UPCT, Pablo Fernandez, the director of the School of Agriculture, Alejandro Perez and the coordinator Academic Program Artes Francisco Hernandez.
The agreement covers the participation of scientists, CEBAS-CSIC researcher and IMIDA in the training activities of the PhD Program in TAIDA and promotes interdisciplinary research between the various research groups of the various sites involved in either Agribusiness of its phases.
Carrying out research work at both centers associated with the corresponding UPCT PhD theses of the research students will be developed according to the provisions of Royal Decree 99/2011, by which regulate the official doctorate teachings in UPCT the next academic year.
