The Municipal Government Board, held this morning under the chairmanship of Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has approved the proposal of the box area councilor Planning, Heritage and Environment, Joaquin Mowing for tender by open procedure, the granting of kiosk bar that the City installed soon in the Plaza de San Francisco, in the remodeling that come rushing into this space pubic.
As explained Joaquin Mowing, this kiosk, bar and cafe, is seen as a dynamic element of the square, while dealing low buildings.
Its installation is borne by the City Council and will cover an area of about 112 square meters.
It will be located on one side of the center of the square, next to the larger sized ficus.
Its structure is of steel and glass, to minimize its visual impact on the environment and have a terrace area of about 220 square meters.
The exit fee is 12,000 euros per year and the award will have a term of ten years.
Joaquin did not want to venture Mowing dates to their operation, but noted that the idea that the government team deck is that may be in progress between late this year and early 2014.

In other matters, the Board of Governors approved a cooperation agreement for the celebration at the municipal stadium party Cartagonova Spanish Under-21 team, on 14 October.
