Citizens Movement (MC) in order to clarify the many issues concerning the Concessionaire Municipal Water Service, which have led to this local group to make representations to the General Account of the City in 2012 and vote against it , has applied for registration to urgently convene the Commission for Monitoring and Control Service Water Supply and Sanitation in the municipality of Cartagena, in order to clarify these issues.
