The T-LA Program Youth Council proposes for Sunday August 11 output an n ew tourist Tabarca. Departure is at nine o'clock from the premises of the Youth Resource Center (Paseo Alfonso XIII, n ° 53).
The visit also includes bus transfers to Santa Pola, boat to the island Tabarca museum admission, lunch at a local restaurant and guided tour of the city of Elche.
Tabarca, only inhabited island in the Valencian Community, is situated opposite the city of Alicante, eleven nautical miles off Cape Santa Pola.
In fact, rather than an island, it is a small archipelago, consisting of Tabarca and the following islands: La Cantera, La Galera and La Nao.
With a length of approximately 1,800 meters and a maximum width of about 400 meters, the water is Mediterranean Marine Reserve for its excellent quality and biodiversity of its flora and fauna.
