The City of Cartagena, through the collection management Autonomous Agency (OAGRC), the collection has 212,900 total receipts of property tax and other taxes municpales, amounting to 66,006,059 euros, which dividends may be paid on Monday, August 5.

This is the Property Tax Urban nature, Rustic and special features, the taxi license and occupation of public furniture, and housing fees for garbage collection and sewage of La Manga del Mar Menor.

Regarding the latter we must clarify that fees are collected annually, unlike the rest of town and takes advantage of the summer to facilitate their management to the owners of second homes.

Most of the receipts issued, 191 566, corresponding to Property Tax Urban Nature, by which is expected to raise 49,104,763 euros.

Of these, 509 bills have a bonus of 100%, being public buildings, cultural assets or foundations or the Catholic Church.

1,522 bills have other bonuses, between 30 and 90%, for families or VPO.

The special features belong IBI 189 receipts totaling to 14,502,742 euros, and rustic receipts are 3,390.

All other receipts are distributed as follows: 8,604 of garbage and sewer rates La Manga; autotaxis license 244 and 303 of tables and chairs on the public highway.

PAYMENT OFFICE, AND INTERNET TELLER

Sources of collection management Autonomous Agency of the City of Cartagena (OAGRC), explained that an 40.51 percent of these receipts are paid by direct debits.

For the rest of the bills, which are mailed to the homes of taxpayers, may be paid at the offices, ATMs and tax services on the Internet Hall of the collaborating institutions: Banco Mare Nostrum, Banco Sabadell, SA, CaixaBank and Cajamar and may use OAGRC Web page to access them.

To pay in cash, taxpayers must enter the keys contained in receipts.

Some ATMs have also been equipped with barcode readers which greatly facilitate the work and avoid errors.

There also exists the possibility of issuing printed receipts through the virtual office option in the above website OAGRC and proceed to payment collaborating institution.

Finally, remember that the deadline for voluntary payment end on August 5, 2013.

From that date, the payment will have a surcharge of 20 percent.
