Effective Fire Brigade and Civil Protection of Cartagena, along with local police officers, have spoken today in a gas station in La Palma where, about 12:30 am today, an explosion occurred which has resulted in a seriously injured.
After attending their place of facts, and to prevent further incidents, has established a security perimeter and have evacuated several homes in the vicinity, until 14.30 hours, in which they solved a gas leak detected after explosion.
The Civil Guard is investigating the causes that have led to the explosion of this gas station, located on the Avenida de la Estación de La Palma, which is under construction.
